- Formulate a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan
- Provide consultation within their expertise and determine when patients/clients need to be referred to another healthcare professional
- Implement a physical therapist intervention/treatment program
- Determine the outcomes of any interventions/treatments
- Make recommendations for self management.
